Bat – The Introduction

I have chosen to devote a few pages to my favourite musical Bat Out Of Hell The Musical. What has the musical got to do with writing I hear you ask? I have written four stories based on some of the characters in Bat – two on the main characters and two on some of the supporting characters. There is an extra poem as well. Even though I wrote them when Bat was on at The Dominion in 2018, they are still relevant to the touring version of the show. I think my passion for the show shines through in these stories.

The section begins with an interview I did with Glenn Adamson and Martha Kirby – Strat and Raven – in 2020. I also did it for a journalism assignment, and I got an A! My thanks goes to them for taking the time to answer my questions.
